Ghanaian actor, Abraham Attah has heaped praises on fellow Hollywood star Idris Elba as he celebrated his birthday yesterday.
In a post on Instagram, the young actor who made his debut in “The Beast of No Nation” revealed how he’s been blessed upon on his encounter with Idris Elba.
According to Abraham, the ace Hollywood actor who turned 46 on September, 6, has been mentoring him in his acting career.
“I feel very lucky to have gotten to work with someone who inspired me on and off camera. Happy Birthday to a wonderful mentor and person,” he wrote.
Abraham is an Ambassador for the Free Education Policy in Ghana, after having supported the policy with a picture endorsement.
Abraham Attah was born on July 2, 2001, in Ghana as Abraham Nii Attah. He is an actor, known for Beasts of No Nation (2015), Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017) and Out of the Village (2016)
Abraham has graced several award platforms including the 88th Oscars Awards which was recently held, making him the only Ghanaian actor to have graced the Oscars.
He has received both Local and International awards and nomination. Some of the awards and nominations include: Ghana Movie Awards Best Actor in a Leading Role, Black Film Critics Rising Star Awards, Independent Spirit Award for Best Male Lead, Gold Derby Film Awards for the Best Breakthrough Performer Awards, Circuit Community Awards for Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading, just to mention a few.
