Family Of Junior Pope Asks Public To Follow Official Committee Updates Only After His Funeral

When it comes to information about John Paul Odonwodo’s (Junior Pope) funeral plans, his family has asked that the public rely solely on the Central Planning Committee (CPC).

Mr. Ivor Odonwodo, the elder brother of Junior Pope, made this news formally in Enugu.

Mr. Odonwodo acknowledged the deep sadness his death has brought and said the family finds comfort in the significant and fulfilling life Junior Pope had.

“He lived a life marked by his devotion to God, his love for his family and community, and his role as a source of positive influence to everyone he encountered,” he said.

Mr. Odonwodo stressed that the family’s current responsibility is to pay him a respectable homage, which is why a funeral committee has been established.

He begged the public to take into account solely the announcements made by the committee on the burial services.

“We are working with the family to arrange the events marking his passing, but as of right now, May 17th is the provisional date for his burial.

He said, “The CPC will shortly make available for public distribution a Funeral Poster that summarizes these occurrences.
