Gospel musician Ohemaa Mercy claims she has thought of divorcing her husband Isaac Twum-Ampofo on several occasions.
Speaking on Power FM in an interview with Agyeman Prempeh, she said like any other married pair, she fights with her husband, and divorce has crossed her mind several times.
Sharing her experience, Ohemaa Mercy once said she had a battle with her husband after making a funny remark about her dress when they were going for an case.
“My husband jokingly passed that comment, but I didn’t take it lightly at all. I was hurt and thought of leaving, “she said.
Ohemaa Mercy clarified that she prayed and cancelled such adverse ideas whenever ideas about divorce came to mind.
“Prayer answers everything, and I think that’s what has helped us so far. Even though we battle, we are able to fix our disagreements, “she said.
She confessed that her husband was very supportive. “My husband is my pillar and was supportive. I thank God that I met him and I love him dearly, “she said.
Ohemaa Mercy was in the studio to promote the sixth edition of her Tehillah Experience concert, planned for the ICGC Calvary Temple, Spintex on August 11.
