Actress Priscilla Opoku Agyeman, better known by her stage name Ahoufe Patri, from Ghana, has addressed some speculation about her mental state.
She said that she was never depressed, despite what some others had said.
Ahoufe Patri, whose actual name is Priscilla Opoku Agyeman, voiced her discomfort at such assertions in an open discussion on “Between Hours” on May 9, 2024. She claimed she had never used the word “depressed” to describe herself in an interview.
“I never mentioned it, but there was a narrative that surfaced saying that I disclosed my sadness.
I’ve never used the word “depression” on myself, so thinking about it gives me a shiver.
“It seems that many don’t give the stuff they publish online much thought. What bloggers have published about me still puzzles me,” she remarked.
She stated that she didn’t respond to such allegations because she didn’t think they were essential or that she wanted to ignore the rumors.
Because it’s not important, I didn’t come out and dispute their statements. Whatever you focus on will, in my opinion, expand,” the woman remarked.
After clarifying that she wasn’t depressed, Ahoufe Patri said, “I am a very happy girl who is prospering.”
