According to reports, West Ham United is thinking of firing manager David Moyes at the conclusion of the 2023–2024 campaign.

After making significant summer investment, the Scottish manager’s five-year tenure with the Hammers appears to be coming to an end.

According to a report by reputable transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano, the team wants to usher in a new era for the Clarets and Blue.

“West Ham are still expected to part ways with David Moyes at the end of the season; the plan remains clear.”

According to Fabrizio, West Ham intends to hire Julen Lopetegui, a former manager of Real Madrid and Spain.

After the AC Milan agreement fell through in the last few days, #WHUFC is in direct communication with Julen Lopetegui. There are talks going on; he is not the only contender on the shortlist.”

With three games remaining in the season, West Ham United, currently ranked ninth, may not play in Europe next year.

In 2017, David Moyes made his short-term debut at West Ham United, preventing the team from being relegated.

After winning the UEFA Conference League, he signed an 18-month contract that gave him a significant role in 2019. However, he later extended his contract. The current season will come to an end when his present contract expires.
