Yaw Dabo Flies Arsenal Agent To Ghana To Scout Players

Phil Antwi, an agent for Arsenal, was successfully brought to Ghana by Ghanaian actor and football administrator Yaw Dabo in order to scout players for British clubs.

On Wednesday, July 3, 2024, the agent from Arsenal arrived in Ghana from the United Kingdom at Kotoka International Airport.

Actor Don Little and Yaw Dabo extended a cordial welcome to Phil Antwi.

Phil is mostly in Ghana to scout young football players who may be interested in playing in Europe.

Yaw Dabo, renowned for his involvement in developing local talent through his soccer academy, expressed optimism about the potential benefits of Phil’s visit.

He cited Ghana’s history of producing elite football players, such as Thomas Partey and Mohammed Kudus, who began their careers with comparable scouting endeavors.

With a strong desire to become a football administrator, Dabo recently traveled to Europe to discuss strategies to help young Ghanaian football players advance to the professional ranks.

Phil is well-known for his ties to European teams, including Arsenal, Manchester United, and Liverpool.

He intends to see games in Kumasi and Accra and scout a few players for teams overseas.
